do you  have a list of data that must be captured in this module?  such as Name, ID, picture, address..... who they are visiting?  time in, expected time out....
if so, please attach to this post.
also any rules that need to apply to this module such as they were supposed to leave at 5, it is now 6 and still not out..

Hi Jon,
what would be the unique identifier we should use for the visitor?  Does your team ask for some type of ID such as DL?  or do you allow people to enter without any ID?  What happens if they change their ID, for example one day they bring a DL, the next day a passport?  is it possible to elaborate how that fisical process works to see how we can automate it?

I have been looking at different visitor management systems and I believe that it would be a valuable asset if we could offer that option with MoboHubb. If the Client or designee could enter a name of a person that is cleared for access it would assist the officers in knowing who is allowed entry and who is not. When the person that has been placed on the list arrives we could click on their name and it could send a notification that the person has arrived. Anything that assists our officers with looking professional is a valuable feature.
