Track the distribution of any keys handed out to vendors or staff from security

We have a need to track what equipment goes out to each employee, and have a check out/check-in component. Also it would be great to associate tasks to this module so one can assign maintenance tasks to some equipment

Track the distribution and handing in of any assigned equipment to security officer, example singing out a radio. Track the serial number of the radio or piece of equipment.
