Management needs the ability to send notifications to the whole team and have it appear on their home page of the application. For example a hotel might have an event, and they want all the users in a specific department to know the details of that event such as customer name, number of guests, time it starts, who is in charge.... This can be scheduled to start and stop appearing on the application.

This functionality can be delivered and broken down to either specific groups, departments or sections of the company.
