What would you like the toggle to do? turn it on and off? the plan is to have a panic button for guards as well as end users

Federico Pena: Maybe there is a little confusion with terminology... How is the guard not the end user?

That stated, the admin should be able to toggle the use and action of it. I have some sites that would benefit from a panic ability and have other sites that couldn't handle the responsibility.
