Management needs the ability to create tasks periodically. For example there needs to be a maintenance task performed on a power generator every 3 months, so there is a need to create these tasks, and have a follow-up to know if they were completed or not. These should be assigned to a specific shift (for example maintenance) and dynamically assigned to someone on shift that day, or sent to a manager to assign to someone. an approximate Estimated time to complete should be available to populate on this task.

When generating the schedule, the estimated time to complete these tasks should show up for each shift, so the person doing the schedule is aware of the tasks that are required to complete.
