I need the to tell a cleaner picture with a dashboard type feel. Parameters will need to be set but the feel has to been more visually friendly and tell a quicker story.

The web application should provide the ability to build custom reports. For example a custom form can have a report built and configured by the end user, and this report should be exportable with all it's assets (pictures, videos etc)

do you have some type of document (even hand written) that provides us a clearer picture of what you are looking for? This sounds like some type of reporting module for your data. We can arrange a call to discuss early next week if you like

Federico Pena: I would like to see a pie chart or graph versus a line by line boring data information report. I will add more to my vision. No way anyone looks at the scan reports and is impressed. It's the data made pretty concept.
