After having started with the domain and the pin, when registering a person it no longer allows them to modify personal information, causing the development staff to have to do it

The chat feature is working but is not intuitive. The user must make several clicks to send a message. Chat features are usually easier to access on other apps

When you click on a task on the mobile app, it dissapears, it needs a section for completed tasks to be able to edit. Also to complete a task, maybe a check box and mark complete?

when you create a new profile in "people" seccion. if you do not write your number phone with country code, it puts +1 automatically

Notifications take you to the app, but always to the scan section. Notifications should take you directly to the instance that you are being notified about.
