Enhancements

The users need the ability to build schedules for staff weekly and monthly. They also need to be able to build templates for different scenarios. For example, a hotel might have a template for week with 100 guests, week with 200 guests,… etc. The schedule should be very visual with the ability to color code different shifts, view by shift type. For example in a hotel you might have maintenance shifts (red), housekeeping shifts (blue), ….. This schedule should also have the ability to load from an excel template so people can create the schedule off line in excel and upload it. There should be an easy way to visualize the number of hours that are scheduled for each shift type and total. Also show if someone is working overtime (over 40hrs per week)

The application should have a KB available for users to find data about the company such as standard operating procedure, rules, and other necessary documentation for employees.

there is a requirement that end users should be able to create their own accounts via the web, they can add and upgrade their account to increase/decrease their users. users should also be able to see their payment status, billing info etc directly from the web site. The ability to order QR codes and any other peripherals should also be supported with tracking of their shipment.

The web application has a navigation on the left hand side, but the naming should be configurable by company. meaning they can arrange the menu so it suits them best.
