End users' mobile app should alert them by message and sound when it is time to clock in and when it is time to clock out.

During the fall before last, I collaborated with Dustin Laun on a project involving the issuance of parking citations. Our approach involved sending the citations directly to students via email, and I would receive a copy of the citation along with photographic evidence of the violation. To further streamline the process, we also included a QR code on the parking pass. This allowed us to issue citations directly from the QR code, making the process even more efficient. Although the system had some flaws, I managed to work around them. I believe there is great potential to improve and expand upon this project. End users need to have the ability to add breaks (paid and unpaid) to their timesheets. Notifications should go out to end users 15 minutes after their shift end to remind them to clock out. Once a timesheet is clocked out, it should ask the end user if they need to modify it, in this case the end user can modify it with an explanation and this would go to management for approval prior to posting. If people are not scheduled to work that day, on submission there should be the ability to add management approval. Users should have the ability to add notes to any shift on their timesheet

When tapping on the notifications nothing happens. Maybe it could be a good idea if by taping on it you would get more info about the task/report, or it would be used as a shortcut that takes to the assigned report.

Having the ability to check in packages for sites where there are regular deliveries especially for residential sites where security has to sign for packages

Need the ability to hold person accountable for any type of inventory

There is a need to be able to load and extract data from the tool via an API. This is necessary for Payroll integrations as well as Incident, task integrations.

End users should have the ability to ask for a specific day off in advance through the application. This will notify the person creating the schedule to ensure they are aware. This could include vacation time. The request could be configured to need Management approval
